Our newly constructed Conference center can accommodate up to 105 people and is fully air-conditioned. Data projector, Public Address system, meals and refreshments as well as team building activities are available.

The Anglers Arm
The Anglers Arms Bar is a fully licensed watering hole, with a comprehensive variety of beverages and snacks. The bar also includes a pool table and darts board, with a large TV so you don’t miss your sports game when you are joining us. On occasion, the bar hosts live music and entertainment.
Our Restaurant
Our Restaurant serves a diverse selection of dishes, which can be enjoyed inside or on the deck overlooking the rest of the resort and the picturesque Umzimvubu river.
Bait & Tackle Shop
At our reception, you will find a fully stocked bait and tackle shop that can provide you with everything needed for your fishing trip at the Spotted Grunter. Wood, charcoal, firelighters, braai packs, ice and a selection of snacks and cold drinks for your braai is also available from reception.
River Deck
Enjoy a cocktail overlooking the mighty Umzimvubu River with magnificent mountain views fro our River Deck.
Braai Area
Numerous braai areas are available around the property. Firewood and charcoal can be purchased from our shop.
River Side Fire Pit
Enjoy a braai or a drink around a fire on the river bank.
Private Slipway
Spotted Grunter has an approved slipway for easy launching of boats directly into the Umzimvubu River.
